A photo does most of the work.
You do not need to book a walkthrough or wait in for anyone. Stand back far enough to get the whole thing in frame, take the picture, and send it. A useful text has three things in it:
- A photo of what needs cleaned
- Your name and your town
- Anything else on the property that could go on the same visit
That last line matters. Roof, siding, deck, driveway and gutters can all be handled on one trip, and one visit prices better than four. If a job really needs eyes on it first, we will say so when we answer.

What should I send?
One picture with the whole thing in it, taken from far enough back, and the town you are in. If more than one surface needs cleaning, say so in the same message and it can all be priced together.
Do you have to come out and look first?
Most jobs can be priced from the picture. If a job really needs eyes on it first, we will say so when we answer.
Where do you work?
Galax is home. On the Virginia side we run Grayson, Carroll, Wythe, Floyd, Pulaski and Montgomery counties, and across the line we run Ashe, Alleghany and Surry in North Carolina. If your town is close to that, ask.
