Privacy policy.

What we do with the details you send us, and what we do not do with them.

Mountain Power Wash Services, LLC runs this site. When you visit it, text us, call us, send the estimate form, or message us on Facebook, some information comes our way. This page lays out what we collect, what it gets used for, who sees it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the town or address where the work is, and whatever you put in a message, including photos of what needs cleaned.

Details your device gives us: your IP address, browser type, which pages you looked at, when, and for how long. This comes in through cookies and the analytics tools below, and on its own it does not name you.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use it, plus a Meta pixel connected to our Facebook ads. These tools set cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. You can tell your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the site may not work quite as well without them, but the phone number always works.

How we use it

  • To answer you and put a number on the work
  • To schedule the job and get it done
  • To keep records of estimates and finished jobs
  • To let you know if this policy or an order changes
  • To see how the site is used and make it work better
  • To spot and fix technical problems, and to keep the site from being misused
  • To tell you about services like the ones you have asked about, and only until you tell us to stop

Who sees it

Only the people who need it to do the things above. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it over for anyone else's marketing. Some of it passes through the suppliers and subcontractors that run pieces of the site and the business, such as the analytics and advertising tools named above, and they work under the same limits. Some of it may also be used to verify identity and prevent fraud.

If a law, a court, or a government agency lawfully requires it, we will disclose what we are required to disclose. The same applies when it is necessary to protect our legal rights, or the safety of people using the site or the public.

Where it lives and how long

Your information is generally stored and processed in the United States. If you live somewhere with different data protection laws, sending us your information means it will be transferred here and handled under this policy. We keep it while you are a customer and for as long as the law makes us keep it.

Security

We protect what you send us with reasonable security measures, and we collect no more than we need in the first place. No way of sending or storing data on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, and nobody honestly can.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records the law makes us keep, and we will tell you when that applies. We will never treat you differently for asking. Reach us at info@mountainpowerwash.com or 276-235-1442.

California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives California residents a few specific rights on top of the ones above:

  • The right to know the categories of personal information we collected about you in the past twelve months, where it came from, why we collected it, who we shared it with, and the specific pieces we hold
  • The right to ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to a few legal exceptions
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is yours either way
  • The right not to be discriminated against for using any of these rights

To make one of these requests, email info@mountainpowerwash.com. We may ask you to confirm a detail we already have on file so we know it is you, and we use that answer only to verify identity and prevent fraud. Please allow thirty days for a response.
